ARM LIFT (brachioplasty)
Change in weight and the normal aging process can both affect the appearance of your upper arms resulting in a loose “hammock-like” or “bat-wing” effect. Depending on the person, options for sculpting the arms include liposuction of excess fat, surgical excision of loose skin, or both. An Arm Lift will result in improved contour of the upper arms with a more youthful, contoured, and tighter appearance.

DUPUYTREN’S CONTRACTURE RELEASE
Dupuytren’s disease is a benign fibroproliferative disorder of the palm of the hands and fingers that results in nodules (bumps), cords, and contracture (permanent flexion) of the fingers. It most commonly affects men and typically is hereditary. Treatment is considered when the finger position is causing difficulty with activities of daily living, if hand hygiene is difficult, and if the aesthetic appearance is disturbing to the person with the disease. There are several options, depending on severity, for treatment of Dupuytren’s disease. This includes surgical removal or injections.

TRIGGER FINGER RELEASE
Trigger finger, also known as stenosing tenosynovitis, is a condition in which your finger gets stuck in the flexed (bent) position and requires you to manually pull it back into the extended (straight) position. When inflammation around the tendon occurs, the tendon and its sheath swell preventing the finger from being extended (straightened). You may experience a “bump” at the base of the finger, “popping” or “clicking” sensation when the finger is extended, and pain in the finger. It is also typically worse in the morning. Surgical repair involves release of the area around the tendon to allow it to move easily.

REMOVAL OF MASSES OR LESIONS
HAND AND ARM REJUVENATION
The skin and contour of your hands and arms is a telltale sign of aging. Sun damage, muscle loss (atrophy), and fat loss occurs to the hands which gives an “old” appearance and can show age. Rejuvenation with injectable fillers, fat transfer, peels, and lasers helps turn back the clock on the aging hand/arm.
