This patient is a 36 year old female who underwent bilateral nipple sparing prophylactic mastectomy for BRCA gene breast cancer risk. Immediate two-stage breast reconstruction was performed using a prepectoral technique. Tissue expanders and ADM Mesh (Acellular Dermal Matrix) were placed above the pectoralis muscle and expanded over three months. In her second stage procedure she was exchanged to Allergan Natrelle Inspira® Soft Touch Full Profile Silicone Breast Implants 365cc. Autologous fat transfer was also performed at this time to create a more natural appearing breast.
