This patient is a 54 year old female who desired removal of her silicone breast implants due to Breast Implant Illness. She suffered from chronic fatigue, muscle pains, joint aches, autoimmune disease, and weight gain. En bloc removal of her silicone implants with en bloc capsulectomy was performed using a hidden scar technique.
