This patient is a 35 year old female that desired removal of her previously placed breast implants. She was experiencing symptoms of Breast Implant Illness and after removal had improvement of these symptoms. Removal of bilateral breast implants with complete capsulectomy was performed maintaining excellent symmetry without a visible scar.
