This patient is a 57 year old female who underwent bilateral mastectomy for breast cancer. Due to the size of her breasts and degree of ptosis (sagging), two stage breast reconstruction was performed. Natrelle Inspira® Smooth Round Extra High Profile 560cc silicone breast implants were used. The above “after” picture is 3 weeks postoperative from the second stage breast procedure. Please note that further improvement of cosmesis is typically seen in the coming months.
