This patient is a 57 year old female who presented with the diagnosis of breast cancer. She had bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction using a one-stage direct to implant approach. Natrelle Inspira® Soft Touch 375cc Silicone breast implant was used to obtain these results.
