This patient is a 55 year old female who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy for cancer. Immediate breast reconstruction was performed with a prepectoral direct to implant approach. Natrelle Inspira® Smooth Round Extra High Profile 650cc silicone breast implants were used.
