Breast Reconstruction for Cancer

This patient is a 69 year old female who underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy for breast cancer. Immediate two-stage breast reconstruction was performed using a prepectoral technique. Tissue expanders and ADM Mesh (Acellular Dermal Matrix) were placed above the pectoralis major muscle and expanded over three months. In her second stage procedure she was exchanged to Allergan Natrelle Inspira® Soft Touch Full Profile 220cc Silicone Breast Implants which are seen in the “after” picture.
