This is a patient is a 64 year old female who was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction. A direct to implant, One-stage procedure was utilized to reconstruct her breasts. Natrelle Inspira Soft touch 310cc moderate profile silicone implants were placed to produce a natural appearing reconstructed breast.
