I am extremely pleased with Dr Marks’s services and staff. I needed asap a double mastectomy/reconstruction as I had a second breast cancer that was high risk for node invasion. Dr Marks’s office was extremely responsive (coordination with hospital, anesthetist, breast surgeon), with the surgery performed the week following my consultation, an extremely quick turnaround. She adroitly inserted the expander leaving minimum visibility. In filling up the breasts over the subsequent weeks at her office, Dr Marks was always very attentive to my needs, keeping me informed and ensuring that I felt comfortable. She is very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, punctual as well as very pleasant, as is her staff (Monse and Kaila), whom she truly appreciates. My main concern was for the cancer not to metastasize (it did not) and, though, I initially hesitated to undergo the reconstruction, being 74 years old, I am now delighted I did so as I feel back to being “normal”, thanks to Dr Marks.

I have had an 8 year battle with breast cancer with several cycles of treatments and interim success. At the end of one of the interim cycles I needed to find the right surgeon to “touch up” some of the previous reconstructive surgery. Dr. Marks was highly recommended by my breast surgeon so I decided to give her a try. It was one of those recommendations that you are grateful for forever.Dr. Marks is easy to talk to and, truly, listens to me. She is an emotional listener, professional yet personable. There is no doubt that she wants the best possible outcome for me and all her patients. We had a great outcome from that initial procedure.Little did I know that 2 years later I would need a full reconstruction after the breast cancer came back. I knew I needed Dr. Marks and her team again. This time they were not only needed for their medical skills but for their empathetic kind of care. They comforted me, encouraged me, laughed with me, but most of all they cared about me holistically: mentally, emotionally, and medically. Needless to say the surgical outcome was great but more importantly, Dr. Marks and the office manager, Monse, were there supporting me so I could emerge from this season of adversity a whole person.Along the way I have also taken advantage of some of the cosmetic services and products they offer, and have been very pleased with them. I would recommend Dr. Marks and her team to anyone for any of the surgical or cosmetic services they offer.

I am very happy I chose Melissa to remove a lipoma. She did an excellent job, and I barely have a scar, which is amazing! She knows what she is doing, and she does it very well. Plus, Melissa and Monse are very beautiful and so reassuring. This is a very special place.

Dr Melissa Marks came highly recommended to me from an OR Tech at Jupiter Medical Center. Her professionalism and expertise was greatly appreciated. I had an explant surgery performed and I couldn't be happier with the results. The entire office staff was very kind and helpful. Monse, the surgery coordinator, was a delight to work with. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Marks and her practice. Very knowledgeable, and professional. She and her whole office make you very comfortable as soon as you walk-in. Had a consultation with Dr Melissa Mark's she was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Her staff Tammy was also very nice. The office was beautiful decorated and most importantly very clean. I decided to have my upper and lower lids fixed. I had a local shot and was very comfortable during surgery I felt nothing. I could have had nitrous oxide but choose not to. After surgery I was a little swollen but felt really good. 2 days later I went a a family members birthday party. I wore sunglasses.. I look 10 years younger and feel great. Thank you Dr Melissa Mark's you were wonderful. You can be assured if I need anything else done. I will be back to see you.

I have experience using her back when she was in Iowa on two occasions. I still have a picture of us on the day of my surgery that I look back on sometimes. She was still doing her fellowship I believe but she was so nice and caring. I really recommend her! I hope she can see these reviews 😊
